Arab Light crude

Also known as: ARL

Arab Light is a medium-gravity, high-sulfur crude oil produced by Saudi Arabia. It is the major export grade for Saudi Arabia and a global crude benchmark.

Arab Light is mainly produced from the super giant Ghawar field, but it also contains volumes from other fields.

Arab Light is marketed in all of the major refining centers including Europe, Asia, and North America.

Arab Light is priced using regional formulas based on benchmarks in each of the regions.
